Kenneth Hollas
Kenneth was raised in the Catholic faith. Always looking to feel more a part of the Church, he joined a wide range of ministries in parishes to which he belonged. He has been an altar server, usher, Eucharistic minister, lector, and trustee in the St Vincent dePaul Society. He was a catechist for youth of all ages. His most rewarding experience was in helping to lead a youth ministry program, where he discovered a passion for working with high school and college-aged youth.

Primacy of Conscience
Preface
Sadly, many LGBTQ+ Catholics have fled the Church because of its teachings regarding homosexuality. That is truly regrettable because it's so unnecessary. Church Law is very clear on the subject. While the Church is entitled to hold its fallible teaching generally, the Law specifically says that the Church cannot say that it is sinful for any, specific person to engage in homosexual practices.

The Psalms remind us that music can help us in sorting through life's mysteries. Psalm 49:4 states: "I will incline my ear to a proverb; I will solve my riddle to the music of the lyre."
